    Description

    This is a WW1 German M1898 N/A-Neuer Art Saw-Back Bayonet with the original leather sheath. This has the two piece wood grips, the ricasso is stamped..P.D...Luneschlos...Solingen. This big bayonet measures 25.5 inches with the blade at 20.1/4 inches. This is in very good condition, all the teeth on the saw-back are in excellent condition, no rust, never on a grinder. Finding one of this model in a saw-back is extremely rare, most blades were broken and they made fighting knives from them. The leather sheath is in good condition, it reads..64. R.9.   9A..
